Day Right of Return
The purchaser may return any item that does not work to there specifications
or does not perform as purchaser expected for a full refund up to
30 days after receipt of purchase.
Purchases
Orders
All purchases orders must be in writing.
Freight
Charges
Purchaser is responsible for all freight charges. In the event of
a return, the purchaser is also responsible for return freight and
charges. Returns must be shipped the same way item was sent to purchaser.
All items must be insured.
Dealers
30 Day Right of Return does not apply to dealers.
Crating
Crating fees are an additional charge.
Terms
Fortune 500 Companies - Net 30
Companies having previously received credit and paid within terms
- Net 30
Colleges, Universities, Institutes - Net 30
All others & International Sales - Prepayment required.
METHODS
OF PAYMENT
We accept Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Personal and Business
Checks.
(must clear before shipping).
Open
Accounts
Terms of Net 30 days are extended to firms well rated by Dun &
Bradstreet, Government Agencies, Schools, Fortune 500 Companies
and to firms qualifying after our credit department check. We require
the Net amount to be paid within 30 days of invoicing. Invoice's
over 30 days will be charged 1.5 % unless prior arrangements have
been made with Corel Research.
Shipping
Shipments are made via FedEX, UPS or other normal methods determined
at the time of sale. Corel Research & Development, insure shipments
for full value unless otherwise noted.
Damaged
Shipments
In case of shipping damage, it is the customer's responsibility
to file a claim with the shipper. The customer should inspect the
shipping container upon arrival and note any evidence of damage
on the freight receipt. If concealed damage is found after opening,
the customer should file a claim with the carrier at once. You must
retain the shipping container and packaging materials.
